Posts Tagged ‘LIBR 500’

Greetings, cyberlings.

This is my first post – not the sample post suggested by wordpress.

I am Jesse Royer, MLIS student at the University of British Columbia’s School of Library, Archival and Information Studies. This blog is an assignment for one of the core courses of my program, LIBR 500 – Foundations of Information Technology – Section 99C – Jan 2009.

In this blog I will be discussing various Web 2.0 tools and services and their implentation in libraries. As this blog is public, very few assumptions will be made about any reader’s familiarity with terms included in posts. Basic definitions or links will be given with any subject-specific terms.
